Bibba P.

My name is Bibba Payson.  I’m originally from Long Island, NY, but moved to Colorado in 1995 and never left. After getting my associate's degree in Boulder, I attended The Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where I graduated in 2003.  I’ve been practicing massage therapy ever since.  Sixteen years ago, I bought my first singing bowl, and that was the beginning of my sound healing journey.  I slowly started purchasing more and more instruments that I would practice playing on my own and with small groups of friends.  Eventually, I built up the courage to start playing for larger groups of people.  I wanted to learn the science behind why sound healing is such a powerful and effective modality, so I attended the Sound Healing Academy, where I completed my certification in 2024.  Now I enjoy incorporating sound healing into my massage and cranial sacral practice, as well as facilitating group sound sojourns throughout Grand Junction, Colorado.  I have a sweet Pitbull named Yoncey who I spend most of my free time with, and she’s the best!
