Cameron is an outdoor enthusiast. She loves rock climbing, trail running, mountain biking, and anything that brings her outside. Cameron has been practicing yoga for five years and is 200HR RYT. She believes that practicing yoga is important because, not only is yoga empowering, but it helps the mind and body achieve inner strength and resilience needed to conquer each day.
